The Kim Lab at UC Irvine is decoding how transcription factors work in a combinatorial and quantitative manner to define cell states and transitions among them during mammalian development. Our lab interests sit at the intersection of regulatory genomics, chromatin biochemistry, and cell state decisions. We combine high-throughput cellular genetics in stem cell models with mechanistic, molecular analysis and computational genomics approaches. Learn more.
